Precision Systems, Inc. (PSI) delivered full Construction Inspection (CI) services for Swampoodle Terrace Park, an 8,400-square-foot urban green space developed by the NoMa Parks Foundation in Washington, D.C.

The park—formerly “Swampoodle II”—features amphitheater seating, bioretention plantings, a curb bulb-out on L Street NE, and dedicated community gathering areas. PSI inspected all major construction components, including concrete, structural steel, irrigation, electrical systems, and soil conditions, while overseeing the installation of turf and green infrastructure.

Working closely with NPF’s construction manager and subcontractors, PSI provided detailed field reports, resolved issues proactively, and ensured adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards—helping deliver a dynamic public space for the NoMa neighborhood.
